NOVEMBER 2026 / CRPS AWARENESS MONTH

Make the invisible
more understood.

Orange has always mattered to Living Through the Pain. This November, it also offers a chance to explain CRPS, share the human story, and listen to people whose pain may not be visible.

Understand CRPS

WHAT WE'RE RECOGNIZING

One month.
Different initiatives.

November is CRPS Awareness Month. The International Pain Foundation also leads NERVEmber®, a broader awareness initiative for nerve-pain conditions, including CRPS. Color the World Orange™ Day is a separate annual CRPS/RSD awareness observance, held on the first Monday of November.

In 2026, that orange-awareness day falls on Monday, November 2. People, communities and landmarks may participate on different dates, so check the organizers' 2026 schedule for local activities.

THE ORIGINAL MESSAGE

Pain is not
a lifestyle.

This message was part of the original Living Through the Pain artwork. We recovered it from the historical site, and our orange-and-black design keeps it visible.
