PHOTO ARCHIVE / 2017 → TODAY

These weren't product demos. They were my days.

A chronological record of the Sunlighten chapter: working around the saunas, using them myself, bringing infrared home, documenting the old CRPS program, publishing my story, leaving the company, and continuing to use what helped me.

Different kinds of evidence are labeled instead of blended together. A photograph can prove what was there that day. A memory can explain what it meant. Neither automatically proves a medical effect.

THE CHAPTER OPENS

Infrared moves from idea to everyday life.

OCT 112017
PHOTO EVIDENCE

The Solo System was already in the picture.

The portable system showed me that infrared didn't have to mean a permanent cabin or a spa appointment. It could be part of home life, especially when going somewhere felt like too much.

A workday, not a staged review.
PHOTO EVIDENCE + RECOLLECTION

Working a few steps from the saunas changed how I used them.

I could take a short break, step into a demo unit fully dressed, keep the heat lower, sit for a little while, and head back to work. Some of the sessions I remember most were simple resets between everything else going on.

PHOTO EVIDENCE

The showroom itself was part of the story.

This image captures the environment I was working in: cabins, product displays, and a place where infrared was not abstract. I was around the technology every day.

PHOTO EVIDENCE

I wasn't only marketing the products. I was inside them.

The personal and professional histories overlapped. I worked around the technology and I used it myself. That is why this archive belongs in Living Through the Pain—not as an advertisement, but as part of the record of what I was actually doing during those years.

2018

THE mPULSE PROGRAM

The screen literally said CRPS.

JUL 22018
PHOTO EVIDENCE

CRPS — 30 minutes, Mid and Far Infrared.

This is one of the strongest contemporaneous artifacts in my archive because it documents the interface I was using rather than relying only on memory years later.

I felt that these sessions helped me substantially. That is my lived experience. The photograph establishes the program and the settings shown on that screen; it does not, by itself, establish clinical efficacy for CRPS.

THE STORY BECOMES PUBLIC

The experience gets written down.

PUBLISHED SOURCE

A dated record of what I was reporting at the time.

The article documents the broader CRPS journey, my use of the mPulse Conquer at the Day Spa, repeat sessions, meditation and gentle stretching, and the Solo System at home.

It also matters because the article records the commercial relationship: I worked for Sunlighten, and the company owners provided the Solo System.

2020

THE JOB ENDS / THE CHAPTER DOESN'T

Leaving Sunlighten did not mean leaving infrared.

2020CAREER
PERSONAL HISTORY

I moved on professionally.

My employment at Sunlighten ended in 2020. The relationship to the company changed, but the personal history did not disappear. The Solo stayed with me, the memories stayed with me, and the question of why infrared felt so meaningful stayed open.

That distinction matters: I can no longer be speaking as an employee and still tell the truth about a company and technology that were important in my life.

2026

THE PAIN LAB REOPENS THE FILE

Now we're asking the harder question: what exactly happened?

TODAYONGOING
CURRENT RESEARCH

Story first. Evidence reconstruction second.

I still use the Solo on difficult days. At the same time, Living Through the Pain is rebuilding the history more carefully: what I was using, when I was using it, what else was changing, what records survive, and what published research can actually support.

That means the positive experience does not get erased, and it does not get inflated into a universal claim either.

OPEN ARCHIVE / MORE TO RECOVER

This timeline is supposed to grow.

There are more photographs, people, events, Day Spa memories, product screens, work moments, and pieces of this period still to recover. New items can be inserted by date without changing the structure of the page.
