THREE DIFFERENT KINDS OF INFORMATION
The important part is not mixing them up.
Personal story: I wrote about using mPulse during lunch breaks and the Solo System at home. Those are archived experiences, not a controlled experiment.
Product documentation: Sunlighten describes designs, capacities, controls, heating systems and product families. These are manufacturer claims and specifications.
Independent clinical evidence: A study about heating, infrared or general well-being is not automatically a study proving effectiveness for CRPS. The focused evidence review is still open.
